Signed up for a three month pass at £4.99 on 28th February and have been happily watching movies - received an email on the 25th of march saying that the card couldnt be charged and i need to update my card. Two minutes later i got an email saying that the subscription has been cancelled - been in and checked my card details and they dont need changing - ive not had a new card or anything - ive got no need to update the card details - i can now no longer watch the movies - whats going on and how do i get back to my original promo offer?
I can no only sign back up at full price??
