Cannot view any billing info

I have just taken up an offer to for the sky cinema pass. However, i cannot view any billing information...

 

I have uploaded what happens when i click the buttons which have been demonstrated on the screenshots which can be found here:

@Karl-F can you get this flagged to tech team? @Anonymous User is going to correct place. @Anonymous User if you pop onto chat they show be able to give you a breakdown whilst the issue is sorted.
