Hi
Everytime I enter the voucher code, the following message appears; "Hmmm, we dont recognise that voucher". Please advise!

Welcome to the forum. You'll see that message if you've accidentally logged into an old account, so check you've logged into the right one. It could also be because you've no payment card on file, or its expired, so check your payment details are correct on your My Account >'Payment Details page

If you still have trouble some of the NOW TV apps allow you to add codes. If you've got a NOW TV Box/Roku/games console or the app on a smart TV then try applying the code on the NOW TV app there (from the My Account screen).
If all else fails go to
https://help.nowtv.com/contact-us/voucher-code-not-working
and choose the option for live chat who can check the code for you.
