Cancelling 14 day package

I’ve unsuccessfully tried cancelling my 2week movie promo package and I am now being charged .. I can’t cancel online for some reason and can’t speak with customer services over the phone ..

Welcome to the forum. You should be able to cancel by going to your My Account> My Passes page and clicking the cancel button next to your cinema pass

If you can't see a cinema pass on that page you may be loved in with the wrong username, try any other usernames you have. If you can see your pass but you're not able to cancel it for some reason try popping onto live chat and explain what's happened, they should be able to help.
