Cancelled pass during free trail yet still charged £9.99???

Hi I cancelled my pass during the free trail and yet you have still taken £9.99 out of my account. Can you please explain why this is?

Sounds to me that you have multiple NowTV usernames or Sky ID on the same bank card and you haven't cancelled the other accounts.

 

Because this is an account related issue your best option would to contact NowTV by either email or live chat (unfortunately there is no telephone helpline).

 

If you open the linked page below, click on "contact us" in the green box this will take you to a secondary page where there is an option to contact NowTV by email or live chat.

 

Recommend using a PC, Laptop or Mac when you contact them.
