Cancellation

Two months ago I went through with cancelling my account with you -- I specifically remember being told, after the cancellation had gone through, that I could continue to watch until a certain date. Yet two months later and I find out we're STILL being charged for it. That's £20 taken out of our account for something that we've not even used and should have been cancelled. This has been such a massive inconvenience and we're not pleased. I've cancelled it -- again, and if this issue persists we will press further.
