Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you could be logged into the wrong account, try logging into any other usernames you have to see if they have the active passes on that need cancelling.

Usually when you see no mention of passes or payments being made in your My Account area then it means the payments will be coming from a different account, sometimes people set up more than one to take advantage of offers, or someone else in the household sets up an account and uses the same payment card.
However if that's not the case with you then pop onto live chat and see if they can trace where the payments are coming from and stop them.
