Can't get my free trial to work

Hi I've just joined nowtv online I've been trying to get my free trial of the sky cinema pass but it keeps saying the payment couldn't be be took confused because I thought I didn't have to pay until the two week free had ran out

@Anonymous User Try disabling any adblockers on your browser and making sure JavaScript is enabled. You may also find trying a different browser and/or device works instead.

Thanks @Andy. I've tried on my iPhone, my Macbook using Chrome (ad blocker disabled), Safari (no ad blocker, JavaScript enabled) and on also good ol' fashioned Explorer on Windows.

Nor can I.  Every time I go to entertainment it throws up the 'free trial' page, to get you to put your details in.  Ive done that already with bank details etc and am logged in.  Not impressed so far...
