Can someoe contact me please?!?!

Been trying to contact for 2 weeks now.
Messaging doesn't work- "ooops"
Finally got one message through "just reply to the email" however I get nothing but "your message didn't get through, try again"
You won't chat via FB.
My previous post wasn't replied to.
Now been told on fb messenger to reply here......
