Can not log on

Been trying for days to get on to my box. However keeps telling me I have the wrong password
I've reset my password and reset my nowtv.com box and it's still saying I've got the wrong password. Very very upset as this was a gift for my father and chose this for the promise of ease of use. This is not true so complicated and very frustrating. What do I do to get this to work

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered when trying to sign into your NOW TV Box. 

 

Can you please let me know if you are able to sing into a PC/Laptop and then try to play NOW TV? 

 

Have you tried resetting your password and made sure it doesn't include any special characters?
