Black Friday deal

Hi

We just signed up for the black friday 2months for £5 cinema deal. New to NowTV but do have a Sky iD (our internet provider).  On the My Passes homepage it says we are on a free trial which will end in 13 days and our next bill will be due 7th December - on the Bills pages it says there is no charge on 7th december so I assume this is normal. However also on the Bills page it states that our first purchase for £5 was '1 x 3 month Cinema ARO (Video Download)', thought it was odd that it says 3 months not 2. Is this normal?

Thanks for letting us know about this.

 

Might be best to keep an eye on your "My Account" section but it's likely just a typo as the offer is for the 2 months.

 

We'll pass this along to be looked into, though.
