Being asked to pay for a Movie

I just purchased a Now TV box with 2 months free sky movies and today selected Kingsmen and find i am being charged £5.99 for it.Thought it was free for 2 months or is this just a con trick???

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you've gone into the Sky Store app by mistake (this app is for movie purchases and rentals).

Instead you need to go into the green and blue NOW TV app on the box homescreen, and then you can watch anything in the Movies section free with your pass. Kingsman has been added today so you can watch it there.

@Anonymous User you need to load the green and blue NOW TV app not the Sky Store which is a pay-to-view rental optional.
