Basic question - what is NowTv broadcast resolution ?

Hi

 

Just signed up for a movie trial (watching via XBox360 app on 55" Sony 1080p TV, ethernet cable to Sky fibre broadband via HomePlug.

 

What is the maximum picture resolution broadcast by NowTV ?

 

Looks a little grainy to me so guesing 720p max ?

Welcome to the forum.

 

It is 720p stereo , no 1080p or 5.1 surround with NOW TV I'm afraid!

Ah well, here's hoping Sky eventually enter the 21st century and offer 1080p streaming without a Sky box + contract....
