'Apply a voucher'

I keep trying to apply my 3 months voucher for the Cinema pass but it keeps saying 'Well that didn't go to plan, please wait a minuet and try again'.

I am putting the code in correctly so don't understand why it isn't working, any help would be appreciated, thank you.

However, if the afore mentioned 'Help Centre' article does not satisfy all your requirements I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative, which can be done via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility. Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • To 'Send us a message', click on the light blue 'Send Message' button.
  • To start a 'Live Chat', click on the dark blue 'Chat online' button.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

I had an issue like this a few months back.

It was because I was trying to add a pass on what i thought was in the last month of the current pass. I even had the apply voucher option to.
Problem with me was that it turned out the it want until later that day when the 30 days actually started. Tried the following day and it was accepted all ok.
