@Anonymous User head back to My Account and re-enter the voucher code. If you get any errors, it might be because the codes can be tricky to read. Enter them all in uppercase and take care with "I" as it could be an uppercase i or the number 1. Also 5 and S and 0 and O.

and from there you can Contact NOW TV on Live Chat and they should be able to confirm the correct code.

Hi @Anonymous User,
If you've already applied the voucher it wouldn't of given you the 14 day trial for movies. So ethier this trial is for Entertainment or the code hasn't been applied yet.
If you enter a voucher code during the trial it will start automatically on the renewal date. If it's not yet applied you can apply it under my account > my passes, if you cancel the trial and put the code in it'll start automatically on the renewal date.
