3 month cinema pass

I bought from currys a while ago a 3 month cinema pass voucher, been trying since end of August to activate it, but keeps telling me that there is a error and i can’t add it. Is there any way to use this or have i wasted my money? Thank

Also make sure you have a valid payment card on file and that the details are up to date, you can check here

Even ent though you are using a voucher you do need to have correct payment details on file.

 

If you still have trouble pop onto live chat and they should be able to help you. You can  get to live chat from the Contact Us page

@Anonymous User is your pass showing as cancelled and asking if you want to restart? If so click restart, then apply the voucher.

Hi @Anonymous User

 

I assume the 3-month pass voucher is one that you bought by itself from Curry's, and not one that was bundled with a Now TV Box.

 

The vouchers that you buy in the shop need to be validated by the cashier at the check-out, otherwise they will not work.  Do you remember whether the cashier validated the voucher when you bought it?  If not, you would need to take it back to the shop and ask them to validate it for you.  This is an aspect that you could discuss with Live Chat if you contact them online.

Thanks, i did get the voucher from currys, as far as i can tell it was validated but if i cant get joy from now tv, i will try them but given it was awhile ago, not sure how helpful they will be! Sorry for the delay in replying unfortunately it was my MIL funeral yesterday:-(

Found the receipt on my receipt hog, and looks like it was validated but not entirely sure. I will speak to nowtv and see what they say
