Just purchased new card from Amazon but am receiving the "oops, not recognised" message when entering the code. However, just as I sign in there appears (poosibly for a split second) a message saying something about codes. Unfortunately it disppears that quick I cannot read it fully. Is there a problem with my code or the website?

NOW TV is a trap. It is not allowing cancelling of subscription. the webite link hangs up. it accepts new customers readily. doesnt allow cancelleation
