2 months free movies trial

Hi 

I purchased a Now TV box on the 14th April and it came with 2 months free movie, installed box easily and entered the code on the scratchcard and bobs your uncle, movies switched on :O)

Now 1 week later I find that my pass is about to run out as it has given me a 14 day free trial rather than the 2 months free trial, TV did not tell me this and as the movies switched on so why would I think it hadn't worked. 

I obviously threw the scratch card away!

How do I get the 2 months free trial?

Hi and welcome to the forum,

It sounds like you are being notified that your 'free trial' is about to expire. Ordinarily NOW TV break-down their payment plans into monthly periods. In order to confirm whether your passes are active, here's what you need to do...

When you are logged onto this forum, preferably by using a Windows or Mac computer (not a mobile device): - 

• Click on the 'My Account' button (see the top right of every forum web page). 
• Access 'My Passes'.
• Refer to the 'Due On' date next to the NOW TV package you have subscribed to (ie: Entertainment, Movies, Sports)?

You should see something like this: -
