14 day free trial cinema pass.

Hi, I've been trying to sign up to the 14 day free trail cinema pass for a few days now but I just keep getting the same message on the screen that says 'sorry we couldn't process your payment, please try later'. Could someone please tell me why this is? I already have the entertainment and kids pass that I pay for every month. Thanks.

When you visit the 'Payment Details' of your NOW TV account, are your debit/credit card details correct/up-to date?
