Via my EE TV BOX - I notice do that my account was offering me 14 day trials for cinema, entertainments and kids. I took the 14 day free trial. After confirming etc. It instantly took £9.99 from my bank. I wasn't best pleased and felt this to be almost 'scam' territory. I went on live chat and after basically being called a liar a few times they refunded me the £9.99 (5 days to wait for it though). The live chat person said it must have been my fault as I wasn't entitled to free trials and I must have clicked the wrong thing (I wanted to explode at this point). Eventually it was sorted and then I came on the forum to see if it was a common issue.... YES it is!! In a way I feel better for that. Don't trust the 14 day trial. It's a serious bug they have obviously never manageable to fix!!
