I'm a new customer as from this morning I signed up for the 14 day free trail it was saying that on my account then tried getting the entertainment pass aswell but would not let me it was telling me to check my payment details that is when I had seen that I have been charged the £9.99 for the cinema pass can someone help me please I'm trying to get on to live chat but saying it is busy has been for a while now I'm not at all happy about this.
