Resolved! New now TV smart box with free passes

I have just upgraded the white box to the black and pink smart box which included free month passes for cinema, kids, sport etc...I already subscribe to entertainment.  I have set the new box up but when I try to access the cinema pass it wont allow ...

Cinema Pass

I signed upto cinema pass for £11.99 a month, a month after signing up my account showed that it would be £5.99 for 6 months. I was charged £11.99 for a second time last month even though it should have been £5.99
