Voucher code provided doesn't do anything

Hi, back in July I had to call Now TV to advise them I was moving home and at the same time I changed my package. As a reward, the friendly telephone advisor kindly gave me a voucher code to get the movies for free for, I think, 6 months.

I've entered the code into the correct box on the website, click Continue, but nothing happens. No error message, nothing. I've tried it on both my phone and laptop and the same result.

Perhaps the code is out of data, given it was provided to me back in July, but as I say there aren't any error messages to tell me that...

Any ideas please?

Have you tried a different internet browser when applying the voucher code on the NowTV website.

MS Edge seems to work for me.

Also if you have a NowTV Box / Stick, Games Console or LG / Samsung Smart TV, have you tried going into the NowTV App and under My Account there is an option to add the voucher code from there.
