Unauthorised payment

Now Tv took a payment from my credit card for a months film subscription on weds 25th Nov. On 26th November they cancelled my service!

Get in touch with NowTV live chat to see what's gone wrong on their system if they have taken payment on your account (assuming you only have one account) and then cancelled their service with you on the same account.
