Hello fellow NowTVers..
We are not Sky customers but we have Now TV entertainment and cinema passes and a box that we've had for maybe a month or two?
We wanted to rent out a movie (The Meg) on the SkyStore and i've set up a SkyID but it won't accept my payment saying I need to update my e-wallet but I cannot for the life of me find anywhere to set up payment?! I just want to watch a damn movie. How do I do it? Can someone dumb it down for me and tell me where i'm going wrong? It's driving me bonkers!

When you go to sky store.com website and sign in with your Sky ID under My Account there should be a section to amend or update your bank card.
I would assume like NowTV, Sky Store would accept either a Visa or Mastercard on their system which has sufficient funds on the card (I know the NowTV auto payment system doesn't seem to like pre paid type bank cards).
