Quite a few people have mentioned here over the last few weeks of problems playing Toy Story 4 and Lion King. I know it doesn't help you but both movies play fine for me on all my devices so it may be an issue specific to certain devices or a batch of devices not recieving an update.
Now TV are more active on Twitter at the moment so you might have more luck tweeting them.
