Just signed up £6.99 via TalkTalk for Films. How do I get subtitles please ? I get them on the PC but no option on the TV

I am assuming you are using a TalkTalk Youview Box ?

Unfortunately there is no option currently for subtitles when using the NowTV App on Youview boxes 😡.

Bit of a problem for me on the main TV with a TalkTalk box as I am profoundly deaf but I can plug in headphones to the TV

Maybe consider a NowTV Stick where during the Black Friday Sales they are selling for £19.99 with some bundled passes included from various retail outlets.

I don't rely on subtitles so i don't know how reliable the NowTV Stick is when it comes to subtitles where NowTV show the subtitles symbol that a particular TV show or Movie is subtitles encoded.

Just be aware that NowTV currently doesn't offer subtitles for NowTV live channels (only on demand and catch up where it shows subtitles included).
