Sky store

Hi really hope someone can help as sky and now are being no help at all.  I have recently cancelled my sky tv package and gone back to now,  but i cannot access my pre paid movies from sky through sky store but when i had tv package i could is this normal?

Are you trying to access the Sky Store with your NowTV account details, where you need to use your Sky ID details ?
