Sky cinema

I have purchased a now tv stick with a months sky cinema package yesterday because i usually watch it on my ps4 however when i have logged onto watch it sky cinema its saying i do not have a pass? Any idea why? I want to watch cinema

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

I am assuming you have setup the stick ?

 

If you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here with the nowtv account details that you used on the stick.

 

Then is there a link towards to the top of the page saying"Vouchers Waiting For You" with a link to redeem & start the one month cinema pass ?
