Out curisoity when you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst signed in on here, does it give you any more information about the delivery of the stick ?
Can't help with the first part of the question, apart from if you received a tracking order number then perhaps contact your local Royal Mail Depot and speak to nowtv live chat on the link below if you bought the stick from the nowtv website.

With regards to the second half of your question, you have 12 months from date of purchase to redeem the preloaded vouchers off the stick.
