Not been able to watch one single movie without the picture going blur.

Waste of time rejoining poor quality, netflix doesn't go blur so why can't nowtv get it right?

Out of curiosity what playback devices have you tried ?

 

i am guessing you have tried rebooting the power on both your playback device and your Router ?

 

All my playback devices play fine with NOW on both wifi or Ethernet (though i don't watch NOW Cinema using a PC or Mac).

 

If you are using a Smart TV or streaming box / stick if you go into the Netflix App under Help,  Check My Network, what down speed is recorded from within the Netflix App ?

 

Some NOW customers seems to get a more stable stream using Google DNS on their playback devices if your device supports the use of adding a DNS.
