No offers !

Why is it as a customer since 2015, I never seem to get offers anymore.  Why do I have to create a new account or accept the higher prices that you seem happy to charge loyal customers?

@Anonymous User creating multiple accounts leaves you open to making mistakes and multiple charges.

 

If you don't receive personalised offers via email or your account, then try cancelling your memberships and see if you get a retention offer.

 

Normally the offer will be on the second or 3rd screen of "are you sure you want to cancel".
