I have just upgraded the white box to the black and pink smart box which included free month passes for cinema, kids, sport etc...I already subscribe to entertainment. I have set the new box up but when I try to access the cinema pass it wont allow me to click through and jumps screen to say oops something went wrong. Of course when you need to speak with someone it is impossible....HELP pls, thanks in advance!!

If you are having problems accessing your new vouchers off your new box and when attempting to redeem the voucher (try a different internet browser) when going to your website account, then jump over to live chat for further assistance.
