Infinity war run time according to sky movies channel and Google is 2hr40min

On the now tv app it's 2hr23min

What 17 minutes have I just missed?

Not adverts as they don't figure in a movies official run time, but then everyone knows that anyway.

The problem with a lot of movies shown on tv, including Sky/NowTV, is the tv companies chopping them to bits to fit a schedule or by self censoring them.

Sometimes I find that the quoted running time is not accurate. If this happens, the film is usually longer than the time quoted in my experience. You may not have lost any time at all.
