Free pass applied but still got charged

How do I contact customer services as I applied a free pass voucher code for 1 month for Sky Cinema and when I checked my bank account just now I still got charged £11.99 for the month.    The free pass doesn’t run out until 9th January.

As long as you have emails and screenshot proof of said free offer, jump onto Live chat.
