Have not been able to view anything on my iPad or laptop for the last 2 days. Some content I had downloaded has disappeared (random episodes in a series) although they are still shown as available to view, not that I can view them as the laptop won't let me. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it's still not working
Customer service apparently aware and spent and hour trying to fob me off. Now told I have to wait 24-48 hours for help!!!

I've had problems watching/Downloading on iphone, laptop, Roku...... Random episode of the blacklist S4, it appears to be the ones that start with an advert.
Is it me or is Nowtv uncontactable unless you phone them? Which is at least a 20min wait?

There is no phone number for TV only phone and broadband.
As I have the same issue with Swat season 1 episodes 21-22, but could watch Live TV and other programs on catch up.

a bit poor of Nowtv not putting an acknowledgement up to say what they are doing .
