Cinema pass offer

I have been given an offer on my cinema pass, but when I click on to get the offer keeps coming up saying "something went wrong, try again later".  I have continued to try over several days and just keep getting the same message.  How do I get the offer?

Still, I was curious, try a different browser like, Google Chrome, without any add-ons.
