Any help please?
I have tried over 3 day's to cancel my cinema subscription and have been offered a reduced rate. The price is £2.40 for the next 3 months which I want to accept. When I go to choose the offer an error keeps coming up saying "Well that is embarrassing...We're not sure what happened there. Please try selecting your offer again."
I have tried quite a few times to do this but still not working 2 different bowers and from my mobile as well but still the same result.
Any help please?

What you could do is go through the process again until you get the cinema offer, take a screen shot.
Head onto Live chat and explain the issue.
