Ch 4 film not available!

I cannot watch ch 4 films anymore, this has been over a week now. No reason its just stopped allowing me to view.it says not available.

How, exactly, is not being able to watch a broadcast channel movie a Now problem?

If it is, please explain in more detail what you are trying to watch, on what device(s), what error message(s) you get, and whether you can watch other Ch 4 programmes that aren’t movies.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

If your talking about All4, then that has absolutely no connection with ANY membership from NOW. 

Are you using a NOW branded device such as stick or box to watch All4? If so try deleting and reinstalling the app.

For any other app than NOW you HAVE to contact them and report the issue.
