So I've never used the free 14 day trial for the Cinema Pass.I clicked on it and it said next payment due 24/09/2018.Now to me that seem like I've been charged for a months pass already and the next payment is in 4 weeks.I can't find anywhere on my passes where it says I have my 14 day free trial?Feel a bit ripped off.
I have just experienced the same problem and feel very cheated, it clearly stated to start a 14 day free trial and then I didn't realise it had paid a 1 month pass until I went to cancel it.
I've just clicked on the 14 day free triak for cinema pass and it worked, however confirmation email states charged £9.99 for pass and will expire on 30 December. Online chat not working so at a loss as to what I can do.
