£1 Sky Cinema Pass email offer

Had an email promoting a Sky Cinema Pass for £1 per month for 2 months. When I click on "Grab this offer" the offer doesn't appear on the next screen. I've tried the Chat-bot, but just go round in circles and can't get an answer. I've also has a look at the Passes & Vouchers section in my account, and whilst there are several offers, this one just isn't there. It expires tonight at 23:59. Anyone any ideas please?

Hi @Anonymous User 

When you click on the email link offer if there is a NowTV code at the end of your internet browser URL address bar when being redirected (usually the code would be something like Now********* with 12 or 14 characters combining capital letters & numbers in the code).

Then see if you can copy the voucher code and manually apply it next to your Cinema pass ( where i am assuming you are not on an existing Cinema offer with more than 30 days remaining).

I wasn't lucky to get one of these email offers, so i don't know for sure if the code is embedded on the URL address link or the reason why the link doesn't work (unless you try a different internet browser).

Also i am assuming your bank card is up to date on your NowTV account ?
