unable to get entertainment month pass. was able to get sky movies and kids pass.

Was able to purchase sky movies and kids month pass but it wont let me get entertainment month pass it comes up with error 4024? Can anyone help me?

"4024" means your card has expired. Did you try to purchase the entertainment pass on the same day as the others? As that seems weird if you did.

 

I suggest, contacting live chat to see what is going on. (Make sure your card is valid too.)
