now tv 2 month pass with chromecast

Tried to sign up using the 2 month offer, went through putting all my details and bank info and said there was an issue and to contact help service. Now when I try and log in it takes me back to the sign up page! When i put my email address init says im already signed up with this address....Getting really frustrated now as im worried that I will be charged. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear this.

 

Can you please go HERE and sign in with the username and password you already created. Then enter any further requested info and apply your voucher code when prompted.

I have a similar problem, I clicked the link that you suggested and it logged me in but the only option I have is a 14day free trial

@Anonymous User have you visited the Chromecast offers page first either in the Chrome browser on your pc or laptop or using the Google Cast app on your mobile or tablet. You need to do that step to get the voucher code to use.
