It ended with a goal, his hair that is.

Huddlestone.jpg

After the painful defeat on Boxing Day to visitors Manchester United which saw Hull concede more than one goal at home, next up was Fulham. This game is arguably contender for game of the season. Six goals from the home side in the second half capped by a Tom Huddlestone masterclass and a goal. Let us all pay our respects to Tom's hair, which was last seen on Saturday as he broke his two year goal drought.

Berahinooooooooooooo, must be Brazilian surely?

The early morning kick-off saw struggling West Ham welcome mangerless West Brom. Joe Cole gave the Upton Park crowd an early reason to be happy, before two goals from Anelka made it 2-1. Big Sam made a masterstroke substitution taking off Carlton Cole for Modibo Maiga, who contributed with a goal and an assist to make it 3-2. But the kid with the Brazilian name popped up with the equalizing goal.

The Villain at Villa.

Aston Villa v Swansea.jpg

With no Benteke available, the return of Agbonlahor was a sigh of relieve for Paul Lambert, and within 7 minutes he gave the home side a one goal.

When he scores, United roars.

Norwich v Man U.jpg

Manchester United have now won their last five Premier League games. Norwich had many early opportunities to hurt the visitors and put the game way beyond any doubt, but it wasn't to be. Moyes decided to make the change and bring on Danny Welbeck which resulted in the difference, sealing all three points for United.

When the going gets tough, one is enough.

Man City.jpg

Tony Pulis could be excused for thinking a trip to the Eithad Stadium would be the bah humbug to the Christmas season. But to give credit where credit is due, the team sitting in 17th place gave free flowing Manchester City one of the hardest games at home. Forgotten man Dzeko saved City blushes with a well timed strike.

You don't do that Mr.Tan.

First game after the sacking of Malky, the bluebirds started off brightly thanks to Mutch and Campbell. Gus Poyet proved difficult to put away though as they snatched a point thanks to 83rd and 95th minute goals. However, the talking point of the match was Cardiff owner Vincent Tan booing his own team at full-time.

Belgian delight!

Lukaku.jpg

In-form defender Seamus Coleman scored yet another screamer to give Everton the lead, only for Southmapton's Ramirez to score a peach of an equaliser. The Toffees weren't to be deined though as Belgian Lukaku popped up to grab all the points!

Nice view from the top.

Newcastle Arsenal Giroud.jpg

Two in-form sides went head to head, and something had to give. Arsene Wenger's side were high on confidence thanks to their 3-1 comeback against West Ham. It was a very edgy and tight 1st half, but the game ended on the 65th minute when Giroud headed home to send Arsenal to the top of the league going into 2014.

Sherwood's sweet Spurs.

Tot stoke soldado.jpg

Sherwood's new look Spurs have now scored seven goals in three games since he's been in charge. Soldado's successful spot kick saw him score his 5th penalty of the season, with Dembele and Lennon adding to the 3-0 scoreline.

It was another classic!

Eto'o.jpg

One thing is for sure, Chelsea v Liverpool games are ones you don't want to miss. Where do we start? Chelsea poor defending allowed Liverpool to lead through Skrtel in the 4th minute. That was then followed by some Hazard magic. Samuel Eto'o played majority of the game as a character from Street Fighter, but sneaked in to grab the winner for Chelsea.
