Too many devices, used up my months allowance

Good Afternoon, 


My Apple TV has been set up as a device, however when pressing play I receive error "you've reached the maximum device activity limit".


Please advise,

I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'live chat' facility and explain your requirements to them... They're usually pretty quick at resolving device management issues 😉


The easiest way of contacting 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -


  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

Have a quick read of this guide article below, you are allowed 4 devices with 2 simultaneous streams on a single NowTV account.


If you speak nicely to Live Chat they should be able to free up a device slot for this month, to contact them click the contact us highlighted in green towards the bottom of the page.
