There was a problem signing in

Hi. Been using NOW TV for a while with no problems. On my apple tv, all of a sudden after years asked me to sign in. I did and everytime I have tried for the past 24 hours it says, "There was a problem signing in, We did not recognise either your username, or your password. Check your details and try again."


I have tripple tripple checked. I can sign in on the web, my phone, ipad all with no problems. I have restarted Apple TV many times, yet still no luck. 


Can anyone help?

Just checked my ATV and mine is working fine, like you said on the ATV you don't normally need to "sign in" with the box.


The only thing that i could suggest is contacting NowTV live chat to see if they can help you out.


If you open the linked page below, click on "contact us" in the green box this will open a new page where you will see an option for live chat.


Recommend using a PC, Laptop or Mac when you contact them.
