Sound out of Sync with the Picture

Can anyone help? Am using a new Apple TV with the Now TV app but recently the picture is so juddery and sound is slightly out of sync when trying to watch anything. I've unplugged, rebooted and replugged everything but it keeps happening. Any suggestions please?

Thanks for confirming the problem.  Maybe some other NowTv users could also confirm the problem so that the NowTv technical people would investigate!

My brand new Apple TV 4th gen does this though with most apps.

Its doing it with tvplayer and sky now entertainment and movies.

 

You get a second where it seems to pause then the video goes out of sync with the video. But both of which seem to repeat constantly like a broken stream trying to fix itself.

 

Any ETA for anything here.

A new app update is scheduled for ???

 

My Apple TV is also up to date. So I'm stuck as to what to do next.

 

If I use the apps on my Samsung 55' 4K HDR TV, it works flawlessly. Just sayin...
