Now TV on Apple TV

Every couple of weeks the NowTV app crashes and not only do I have to reinstall the app I have to completely reset my Apple TV (4th gen) to get it working again. The app is completely rubbish on the Apple TV. 

Once my six month pass is up I will not be renewing.

Sadly @Anonymous User your post seems to echo the general sentiment of many other posts on this board about how poor the NOW TV app is on the new Apple TV. 😞

Can you please let me know when this crash occurs? Is it when you are trying to view content? Is that Movies, Entertainment or Sports? Is it live or On Demand?
