Lack of Apple TV 4th gen updates or support

Why oh why does the most advanced set top box have the poorest least updated app?
Still, no top shelf intergration, no "my TV" section (unlike nearly every other platform you're on), has the old ATV 3rd gen UI, no pause or rewind of live TV (like on your Smart Box), no live tune in support, no Siri integration for searching movies or to shows. Just what is going on and when can we expect some sort of update to include these features?

I have, but it's very fragmented and riddled with rumours. There's been little comment from NowTV in quite a while so thought I'd start with a clean slate and see if we get a response.
