Error 59

When I try to watch something on my iPhone I keep getting error 59 . I have reinstalled the app and still no LUCK

i am trying to watch on demand and it keeps coming up with error 59, i have reinstalled the app and still no luck! so fed up i best  get a month of free movies for this aggro
